We'll have to give that one a lot of thought. In the meantime i'd like to say how honoured and flattered I am to become your first Chum of the month.I must say thank you to all my fans who stuck with me through good times and bad, to my manager for pushing me in the right direction, to my family who never stopped believing in me and finally to God i'd like to say "Thank you Mr Shatner".
I just hope you aren't thinking of putting out a chum calender. Might I suggest a competition to design a "Chums of anarchy" T-shirt?

Excellent speech. Enjoy the 15 minutes mate; fames a fickle thing. Nominations are already being taken for September...

The Chum calender gets vetoed by the executive steering committe of good taste merchandising (ie me) if sometone suggests a Women's Institute style nudie one.

We do need a logo or badge, though...

Positive feedback is always appreciated.

On the subject of women chummers Cheryl has just suggested 'Chum-Jumpers' which is a bit...tasteless, but i think should be used for women who 'gravitate' towards the Chummers, then bed one or even two of them to get into the crowd.

How about just calling them chumpers. Chum jumpers definately makes them sound like groupies. Please don't tell me thats the official chum anthem, funny though it is. Even had some lady chums in there.

My vote for chum of next month is James barman exraordiaire from the Napper. Mostly for his outstanding effort to take on the likeness of the Napper unoform logo. Now thats dedication for you! I suggest we all do our best to look like Nick (el prezidente) I do believe I'm winning but thats just the beard :-)

Who cares about age it's the comfy knitware you want. I can picture you all in matching v-necks, y-fronts and balaclavas with a pint in one hand tapping your foot to wild thing. As for chum of the month i would advise a knitted badge as one size dosent always fit all ;)

Well done to the Prez the first chum to hand over the money for the stag-do lets hope the rest follow suit this weekend, as I would like to book very soon.
I will be at the Friday club today and early doors saturday about 7:30pm until 8pm ish when I'll deposit any cheque/money in the bank wall deposit safe.

Hellooooo! We wish Prez & his chums a jolly jape over the weekend! We have been hibernating in Nashville, 36°C when we left. I, Nashville Nic, came home with a war wound, involving a dark bar, black steps & heels. A week off work (after 2 weeks hol) & a now yellow leg with a fetching lump. The Chums are back (Yey!) Mostly in one piece.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came; probably shortening my life by 5 years, but well worth it. Excellent time, Chums.

I now am faced with the mammoth job of sorting through and uploading 250 pictures (and that's only two of the five cameras-worth we have). I will have to do it over time, so please keep checking back.

Still enjoying the site, so I thought I drop you a posting as my world tour continues, I have left Seoul and travelled via Dubai to Kuwait. On the way I bumped into Shaun Ryder and Dom Jollie, not in the same league as the Hairy Bikers in the Kings Head, but out here you take what you can get!!
I’ve got about a week in Kuwait (to dry out) before I return to the UK ready for Christmas, so I’m hoping the UK weather holds off, at least until I’m back home. All being well we’ll be in Carlisle for a pint of two during the holidays.

Flew to Heathrow,
Onward flight (to Newcastle) cancelled when it was over 3 hours late,
3 hours to reclaim baggage and then abandoned by BA.

I have ended up deleying her comment!!!! Was a shock when i got up at 2 in the afternoon looked in the mirror and saw Frank Gallagher it was shameless lol. Hope Gizmos stiches heal well, he was in alot of pain, little Giz can take car of him :o) Dr Cox was in a rock band too, please dont get ITT to sing D'ream crap! There is a picture disc of them (rock band Dare) in Solid Rock, a bar we frequent in Glasgow, he was almost as hot as my hubby!

Dare was formed in 1985 by Darren Wharton after Thin Lizzy had broken up. By 1987 Dare had gained a local following in Oldham and they were offered deals from A&M, RCA and MCA records. The band's debut, Out of the Silence, was released in 1988 on A&M Records. Dare had minor success in Europe, but album sales flagged and the band was dropped from their label after their second album Blood from Stone.

Dare are also notable for featuring Brian Cox in their original lineup. Cox played keyboards on the Out of the Silence record, before earning a first class honours degree in Physics.

Had a great night as usual thanks guys, yes my tinnitus is back thanks to our choice of seating, we will live and learn from that one. Know where you're coming from chum but ain;t that in 'The army Of Darkness' too? Ha ha! See what the Prez has done, he's put a 'full stop' on the site. Otherwise, just use Google & give more details for each page as I did. Poor Flasheart, I found the tradesmens enterance :)
